Complete the final certification exam that includes 100 short answers questions and 3 case studies. You must receive a passing grade of 90% or better to receive certification.   Re-testing: Students that do not achieve this score are able to retake a final exam within 1 months at no added fee. Additional attempts are subject to a RM 100 administrative fee.
